Insurance companies have adjusters who represent the insurer's interests. A public adjuster's role is different: to represent the policyholder throughout the property claim process.
After fire, water, storm, burst-pipe, roof, or other major property damage, the paperwork and documentation can quickly become difficult to manage. We help homeowners and businesses understand what needs to be gathered and presented.
Our role can include inspecting and documenting damage, preparing the claim, communicating with the insurance company, and negotiating based on the documented loss and the terms of the policy.
